PROFESSIONAL ORIGIN

The Infotrans system, whose official name was still pending, dates back to 1981-1983 with the company "Cargo Editores Aviación y Marketing, S.A." This was the first specialised publishing firm to appear in the sector, publishing a magazine called CARGONEWS and later on a fortnightly newspaper named MUNDOTRANS. In 1984, the INFOTRANS project was launched, based on the experiences of this company.

INFOTRANS, S.L. CONSTITUTION

The company was founded for an indefinite duration on 26 July 1990, in Madrid, before the Notary Public Mr. Javier Gaspar Alfaro, with Registry Nº 2549, and registered in the Registry Office of Madrid, Volume 368, Folio 86, Sheet 7232, 1st Registration. This newly constituted Infotrans decided to expand from the strictly editorial field and moved on to producing specialised guides, informative charts, and further on, with the arrival of new technologies, CD-ROMs and specialised or vertical websites.

OBJECTIVES

First European web portal specialised in Transport, Logistics and Tourism to obtain the ISO 9001 certification.
